After Italy, let’s take a short trip to Greece! The traditional combination of feta and cherry tomatoes recreated in a loaf! Served cold, as an aperitif, or starter, the cherry tomato CROKINI will tantalize your guest’s taste buds!
Ingredients
- 250 g (1 1/4 cups) flour
- 4 eggs
- 8 cl (1/3 cup) oil
- 8 cl (1/3 cup) dry white wine
- 200 g (1 cup) drained feta
- 250 g (1 1/4 cups) CROKINI cherry tomatoes
- 150 g (3/4 cup) grated gruyere cheese
- 1 packet baking powder
- 25 g (5 tsp) squash seeds
- Herbes de Provence
The recipe
- Mix the flour and eggs.
- Add the oil and white wine, then the gruyere, the herbes de Provence, baking powder, feta, seeds (keep a few for the top) and finish with the CROKINI cherry tomatoes.
- Fill 2/3 of a buttered and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining grains on top.
- Bake in the oven at thermostat 5 (150°C / 300°F) for 45 to 50 min.
- Allow it to cool on a rack and cut into slices.
- Add the oil and white wine, then the gruyere, the herbes de Provence, baking powder, feta, seeds (keep a few for the top) and finish with the CROKINI cherry tomatoes.
